Terms and Conditions
- All offers are subject to availability and are offered on a first-come-first-serve basis.
- All bookings must be made AT LEAST 7 working days prior to departure. All flights and hotel bookings must be confirmed before the commencement of journey. No new hotel bookings or change requests will be entertained once the journey has commenced.
- Booking is available from now and payment must be collected no later than 23 June 2009. Travel period is between 01 March and 30 June 2009. Last hotel check-out date is 01 July 2009.
- Prices do not include airport taxes, Hong Kong Security Charge, fuel surcharge, passport or visa application fees. Meal (except for the ones listed here), laundry, phone calls, alcohol, soft drink, self-selected tours, and other personal expenses shall be responsible by individuals.
- Only eligible air ticket is valid for Asia Miles accrual
- Every 3 eligible passengers traveling together will be entitled to: 1 or 2 nights of hotel accommodation in either the Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel or Disney's Hollywood Hotel; 2 or 3 nights downtown hotel accommodation in either City Garden Hotel, Regal Oriental Hotel , The Royal Pacific Hotel & Towers, Novotel Century Hong Kong, Regal Kowloon Hotel, Renaissance Kowloon Hotel , Regal Hong Kong Hotel , Holiday Inn Golden Mile , The Park Lane Hong Kong , Harbour Plaza Hong Kong, or Kowloon Shangri-La Hong Kong
- If there is a different seasonality during their stay, a higher seasonality will apply.
- For passengers staying in Disney's hotels, the park tickets, fast pass and (meal coupon if applicable) will be picked up upon check in the hotel whereas other passengers staying in downtown hotels, the park ticket will be picked up at Vigor counter on arrival.
- Passengers are to check-in at the hotel with Dragonair flight boarding pass and valid personal identification document.
- In compliance to legal requirement in Hong Kong, passengers under 18 years old must be accompanied by and stayed with parents or guardian to check-in at hotel, otherwise the hotel offer will be forfeited.
- Complementary transfer between Hong Kong International Airport and hotels is provided by Vigor shuttle service. Upon arrival in Hong Kong International Airport and after clearing custom, passengers are requested to contact Vigor Shuttle Service at counter B13, Arrival Hall, Terminal 1 by presenting their boarding card and E ticket. - Issue of park tickets and admission to the Park are subject to the Rules and Regulations of the Park which are set out in the website at www.hongkongdisneyland.com and printed on the Park Guidemap. Copies of the Park Guidemap are available at ticket booths and Guest Relations locations.
- Any passenger who chooses not to use or being forfeited his/her booking of a hotel stay or park ticket is not entitled to any payment of compensation from Dragonair Airlines. There will be no refund for any unutilized portion of this promotional package from Dragonair Airlines.
- Use of hotel room, Disney Park ticket and other service is subject to further terms and conditions of the respective service providers.
- The offers cannot be transferred, redeemed, exchanged for cash, credit or any other item with Dragonair Airlines and any other parties including any third parties.
- Strictly NO amendment shall be allowed once tickets have been issued.
- These terms and conditions are written in the English language and may be translated into other languages. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and the translated version of these terms and conditions the English version shall prevail.
